The customer/user will use the API service of ParallaxSystems UG. The Customer/User will pay the required amount for the selected subscription in Euro for each commenced week. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period of time and can be terminated by either party in writing at the end of a week. It is always payable 1 week in advance and the contract is renewed from week to week. If the contract is cancelled, the service will be available until the end of the booked week and no money will be refunded. Each weekly booking is final.
During the order process, the customer/user undertakes to provide truthful and complete information about his/her company/person, address, tax number, as well as the reason for using the product, and to update any future changes immediately.
It is strictly prohibited to use any ParallaxAPIs product for illegal business and activities, including hacking, cracking and buying tickets of any kind, etc. False information about the company/person and applications of our products, will result in immediate termination and use of the API service.
The customer/user will only use the API rented from us for their own product. Our products may not be copied, subleased or resold.
By using the API, the customer/user releases ParallaxSystems UG from any liability claims.
